DIEGO BLAZQUEZ
I qualified at University of the Witwatersrand in 1997. After qualifying I went to work in London for 9 years returning to Cape Town in 2007.
I am a nervous patient, with a massive phobia of injections (receiving, not giving!). I have a particular interest in computerized dentistry and aesthetic restorations. I have little interest in procedures involving surgery. These aspects are reflected in the way that I practice dentistry. I have plenty of patience for nervous patients and kids. I love minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry. That means that I enjoy doing good looking work with little tooth damage.
I am married. My wife is an Oncologist and we have 4 Children born between 2010 & 2016. My interests include all ball sports but in particular cricket and football. I support Real Madrid (as my dad hails from Madrid) and had the pleasure of watching Spain win the FIFA World Cup final in South Africa with my dad. When not at work or with my family, I spend my free time running, cycling and using the great outdoors that Cape Town has to offer. -
ALIX RIX
I qualified as a Dental Practitioner at the University of the Western Cape, joined with Stellenbosch University, in 2008. I was lucky enough to spend my year of community service in Stellenbosch, a vibrant and bustling university town deep in the heart of the Cape Winelands.
I married my high-school sweetheart in April 2009 and we live together with our two mini-dachshunds in the beautiful coastal town of Blouberg. From a young age I have enjoyed horse riding and spending time in the great outdoors. I am also actively involved in the music industry as a vocalist and my husband is a full-time music producer who shares my passion for making beautiful music.
From the day I started my career in dentistry, I have been committed to providing all my patients with the highest standard of care in a friendly and relaxing environment.
I enjoy all aspects of dentistry from oral health and prevention to surgery to cosmetic dentistry to working with kids. My passion is giving people the smile they have always wanted. A smile is truly the best accessory.

IZELLE VENTER
I completed my degree in dental surgery at the University of Pretoria in 2011.
I have since done numerous courses including endodontics, perio surgery, aesthetic dentistry, botox and fillers and a certificate in implant dentistry. I have a great passion for dentistry and enjoy doing a great variety of treatment modalities.
I recently got married to Tiaan, who I met on my first day at the university... Love at first sight. He’s a doctor at 2- Mill hospital and we live in Green Point. We are very active and spend a lot of time at the gym or running on the promenade. We also enjoy spending time on the beach and the great outdoors. We spend a lot of time with family and friends, having a braai and watching the rugby!
I love dentistry, because the technology is always changing and getting better.
